We are proud to share that 2 of our TTA Members, Nagle Companies of Walbridge, OH and Garner Trucking Inc of Findlay, OH were recipients of the Truckload Carriers Association Fleet Safety Award! They were both recognized on stage at the TCA Annual Convention in Orlando, FL.

These annual awards identify truckload carriers that have demonstrated an unparalleled commitment to safety through presenting the lowest accident frequency ratios per million miles in each of six mileage-based divisions. This award is a true testament to their commitment to safety!

13th Annual Scholarship

Thank you to everyone who came out to our 13th Annual Scholarship Luncheon on May 5th! We recognized our 2022-2023 Scholarship Winner, Kyle Nieman, a Junior at the University of Toledo. ATA Chairman, Harold Sumerford, Jr., spoke and we honored Dean Kaplan for his years of service to the TTA by naming the this Scholarship the "Dean Kaplan Legacy Scholarship!

Welcome Candi as Safety & Compliance Officer

The Toledo Trucking Association would like to welcome Candi Coate as the new TTA Safety & Compliance Officer. Candi comes to the TTA with an array of experience in the trucking industry. She is a graduate of the University of Toledo, is NATMI certified, has over 9 years experience in Regulatory Compliance with KLTD. Candi has been involved with the TTA Safety Council, OTA Safety Council and NTTC Safety & Security Council. Welcome, Candi!

TIM CHRULSKI NAMED PRESIDENT OF THE TTA

The Toledo Trucking Association is pleased to announce that Tim Chrulski, COO of Garner Trucking, has been named as the President of the organization.

With over 24 years of experience in the transportation industry, Chrulski began his career as a company driver transitioning to roles in recruiting and operations. Tim also serves on a national level as the Chairman of the Membership Committee for the Truckload Carriers Association as well as Committee Chair of the Controlled Substances, Driver Health and Wellness Subcommittee for the American Trucking Associations.
